After we Receive your Application

Once we receive your application, it takes 3 to 4 business days to get it processed and confirm whether or not there is program availability. Note that this not confirm your acceptance into the program but just availability.

Once it is processed and you receive a confirmation via e-mail, we will arrange a phone interview with you to talk about your profile, the placements options and eligibility for the program.

After the interview, you will be either accepted/not accepted to the program. Then it takes about 12 weeks to confirm a placement with a company and placement details to you. Please note that positions have limited availability and the application process is competitive. If a placement is not confirmed within 12 weeks you will receive a full refund. Once you receive a placement confirmation no refunds may be processed.

After a placement has been successfullly secured, you will receive a Training Agreement directly from Australia. The Training Agreement (TA) contains all relevant information of the placement including location and contacts as well as the tasks you will be required to perform. In addition it contains the agreed terms and conditions of the internship including behaviour and co-operation between you, the host organisation and the local office.
