Where can I Volunteer?

Antigua: Antigua and its surrounding areas. Antigua offers an ideal setting, so that your Volunteer program becomes an unforgettable experience. It was the former capital of Guatemala in the 16th century. After a difficult earthquake in 1773 the city was destroyed almost entirely and was removed as the capital district. Nowadays, Antigua has more than 30.000 people and has been declared a world cultural heritage site by the UNESCO.

With its colonial shape, with numerous hotels, restaurants, traditional shops, multicoloured markets and numerous museums and other leisure activities, the city has something to offer to everyone. A cultural climax in Antigua are the gorgeous colonial street celebrations during Semana Santa.
