Once you have your flight information, send them to us to make sure that we inform your family and they expect you at a certain hour. Students who have reserved airport pick up service need to submit their details at least 1 week before they arrival date.

If you decide to shorten your program, add a component to your trip, postpone it to another date, or change it in any way, you may do so through this form. Please keep in mind that extra change fees or cancelation fees may apply.

If you need to submit a payment after you have registered, you may do so. If you have not yet registered, make sure you fill out an online form.

Once you are abroad, you may extend your program. Progam extention is always subject to availability.
